Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku · INK ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Yasser Farag ("Developer", "we", "us").

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App to develop a competing product
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

The App is free to download and play. It is supported by third-party advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of ads. You may be given the opportunity to watch rewarded ads voluntarily in exchange for in-game benefits (hint tokens, revive lives). These are optional.

The App may include virtual items such as hint tokens. These have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between users, redeemed for real money, or refunded. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time without liability.

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Interferes with or disrupts the App or its servers
• Circumvents or attempts to circumvent any game mechanic, hint system, or ad requirement
• Uses automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App

All content in the App — including but not limited to puzzle logic, artwork, icons, sounds, and UI design — is the property of Yasser Farag or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that puzzle generation will be free from defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yasser Farag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data or progress — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (zero, for a free download).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
